Our clients existing kitchen area was a cold uninsulated dull space that was uninviting.
The new layout incorporates a highly insulated construction that was warm, light and airy. While invited you to relax in with friends and family and providing views across the countryside.

FIFE (Lundin links)
A period property that has been previously extended to the rear. The client wanted to bring borrowed light from the front living area while still being able to maintain the option of privacy when needed. FDA partially opened up the dividing wall and by installing glazed french doors with fixed side lights allowed ample natural lighting to flow through the property while still maintaining that all important privacy when needed.

FIFE (Leven) WORK IN PROGRESS
A stonebuilt property set in a highly desired location in Leven. Client requirements were to create to create a house to home by forming a larger kitchen area to the rear of the property allowing as much free flowing natural light from the south westerly elevation as possible while linking the existing dining room.

EDINBURGH (Old Dalkeith road)
The client required additional living space to the rear of the property with maximum glazing. Design brief was to create a connection between the outside garden space and the new sitting area. While being able to enjoy the views over the hillside. We were able to achieve this by using bi fold doors on either side allowing the client to open them up during the warmer days.
