DEVELOPERS

As a developer not all projects require planning or warrant approval. This doesn't stop us wanting to help you.

 

By using our Virtual Reality service. As a developer, you can allow potential buyers to walk around freely and see the proposed final layout at a 1:1 ratio while it is still a construction site, allowing them to see the final layout even before it is complete. This could potentially allow you to sell your project before it is even completed.

This would also allow the potential buyer to view the layout from anywhere in the world (headset and wifi required)
